Media Browser at the very least. I recommend and prefer Prelude. Make the copies, the transcodes, the proxies all at once with custom renaming and numbering and selects.

Or mark everything exactly how you want it in Prelude as subclips and then sort by subclip, select them all and choose export media. You'll get all your selects, wherever you want them, with original

In the Preview Area of the Project Bin it will display how many times the video audio of a selected clip has been used. I don't know of a way to select a clip in a bin and have it highlight on a timel

Actually you do get that behavior when adjusting the ins and outs for subclips and comment markers inside Prelude. I don't mark a thing inside PPro. I start every Adobe job in Prelude.

Actually Premiere does have motion blur. Use the Transform effect: turn off Use Composition's Shutter Angle and Set Shutter Angle to 180. Animate position. --------------------------------------------
