The best way to use Audition with Premiere (other than occasional specialized clean up of a clip) is to utilize it as an audio post tool. Just like Pro Tools. Send the sequence to Audition. Mix there.

I can answer the first part of your question. No it's not Apple Talk yet. As a user of Bluetooth speakers, they are OK for audio only applications as the delay makes them out of sync with video sound

Yeah, you want 16gig of ram. You'll be alright with that box. The only low spot is not having at least a gig of ram on the gpu, but you'll be fine. Just not as fast on some things.
