We solved it by exporting it at a higher frame rate from AE (50 instead of 25). We never had this problem before but this solved it so it's all good! Thank you! Olly Lawer

That depends on what you aplyed the wiggle to. If you've aplyed to position, that has 2 values, you cannot just pick whip brightness to entire position, but only to one of its values. If you want both
