You may want to check the speed of your media drives to see if they are fast enough to playback that file. You can use bmd drive test to check them

Hey Angelo,

I have a question about rendering in AME and Pr. I have a timeline fo 23.976fps footage from a DSLR, now when i export this footage i set the fps as 24, but when i see the final render it shows me a timecode that goes all the way to 30fps, and when I check the properties of the video in Pr, it either shows it as 24 fps or 23.999fps. Can you give some insigt as to why it would be doing this. Thanks

Do this, create a sequence in Premiere, 23.976 and add one red clip (I assume 23.976), make sure Speedgrade is 23.976, not 24, and try to conform this very simple EDL. Speedgrade won't deal with mixed

You have to rename the original dir to something else so that premiere will not recognize. then it will ask where is the clip and re route to your graded dir. or rename the graded dir to original name
