what confused me was that when you put a 16:9 in 4:3 it fit in height but not in width ... so i think that scaling down (16:9 to 4:3) instead of blowing up (4:3 to 16:9) is better - else the pixels ge

hi, is it normal that i can't copy text from a program like say 'Word' and paste it into a text layer in AE ... is there a way so i won't have to type all the text i want to use again tnx.

tnx for the help. It didn't work by pasting into the text window. But i pasted it into illustrator and used that file ... was good enough for what i wanted to do ... babai!

doesn't an ADJUSTMENT LAYER do the trick 1 adj. layer above your layers - and keyframing the adjustement layer

Nils, It sounds like you want a soft pool of light in your "action area" and the rest of the room dark. If this is the case, you might consider a lantern or chimera "pancake" and use "skirts" to cotro
