In LA for a smoke finisher, you will pay 75-100 an hour for someone good. Most guys out here are now just hourly. The only guys I know with a commission of there room is a few HIGH end commercial guys

I have been running raid 5 for a couple of years. 8 drives and it runs at 450MB a sec. Both read and write. When it gets really full, read speed drops to 350mb a sec. Still plenty fast for hd or 2k. N
