Haven't upgrade to v10 yet. But I've done this all the time in v9. Set speed to 0%, then drag to whatever length you want.

These luts are just for 709, do they have an official slog2 to logc(film log) lut

Either that, or.... You could take the EDL into either a text editor or a spreadsheet and sort it by reel. That would group all like shots together according to their source, not just their time code
