Hi All I have a Kona 3 card with a K3 breakout box. For some reason I cannot change the test pattern. I can select all the options but just not change the test pattern. I am using software version 10.

Yes it would make sense to do that, because that setting assumes the file that you are importing is correctly field ordered. Of course in progressive the fields are exactly the same so its kinda hard

I have been using FCPX for a while now and still have not been able to figure out how to fix my enormous file sizes. I exported a 7 minute video at 1920 x 1080 23.98 fps and it turned out to be 5 GB!

Hi Enrico It would be a mistake to use your internal OS drive to store media and 5400 RPM is not quick enough. You need 7200 rpm as a minimum but again a single internal drive won't run 6 HD streams.

I would say it sounds like an audio phase issue. Are the two tracks being played back "mono" both panned centrally If so almost certainly a phase error. Either way try deleting muting one of the track
