You need to render new media in Resolve, THEN generate the AAF. If you didn't do things in that order, try doing that and see if it solves the problem.

You should not be using AMA to link to proper Avid media. You should take the MXF files and put them in the proper path (.. Avid MediaFiles MXF 1 (or any numbered folder) ). After going back to Avid,

I suspect your main problem is that you have never worked with anything but file names. In Avid, file names mean nothing unless you force them to, but that's not how the Avid workflow normally works i

One thing you should try is to turn off all clip effects. Premiere is known to apply things like CDLs if they are present unless you explicitly turn clip effects off. This screwed us up for a while on

You don't need a "flashed" card. All you need is the correct Nvidia and CUDA drivers. Any out of the box 1080 or 1080ti will work fine.

It doesn't matter what bin(s) the AMA clips are in. What is important is that the bin(s) be open with all of the clips selected in order for the relink to work in the way I've described.
