Scratch that, there is a much easier method: Use a Null with a wiggle for the position and draw the four quadrants solids (track mattes) with some extra on the outside to account for motion, then link

Hi Mike, I use Mt. Lion myself with AE CS6 so I can't offer any direct experience with Mavericks, but I do know from others who have upgraded that in order to avoid crashes you will need the AE 11.0.3
