I changed to project settings to 48 kHz to match the .avi file. Still out of sync. The .avi files play in the timeline totally in sync. When I render out to anything (Quicktime Animation, Quicktime h.

To me, It's pretty simple. If you are going to the web, you should de-interlace, since the loss of quality doesn't make much of a difference. For anything that has at least 30% of interlaced footage,

Resolved! It turns out that nothing is wrong with my motion graphics. I had my monitor in Premiere set to "fit". When you change it to something more standard like 100% it looks great. -Mike-
