M5 does not connect directly to FCP6 7 in the form of a 'send to' type function. Nor does M4 connect directly to FCP X. You have to export import to move media. You might want to go to the Motion foru

You need to create two different files via Compressor. One for video and one for audio. Your best bet is to select one of the folders titled "DVD: Best Quality xx minutes" for the appropriate length.
