I can't immediately reproduce the problem by flipping resolutions in AE (not running Vegas), but I'll ask our QA team to see if they can spot something. I assume you are running the effect in default

I have four video tracks, one above the other, with each containing a positive mask that is made to gently pan and 'ripple' independently of the others. (I have three to four FX applied to each track.

Create a .veg file with all 4 tracks and their FX. Save this file. Load this veg file into a new timeline. You can then use pan crop or track motion to create the pan. Should work.

Oops . . . Just figured it out: for BCC Pan and Zoom's cropping feature to work, BCC's Pan and Zoom must have 3D enabled! (Sorry to trouble you! I was unable to figure out how to delete my post.)
