Kudos to Apple for finding a way to fix the bug without backwards calamity. That probably took a bit more work than testing and fixing before release but I doubt there is any software devs these days

Deliver page, mark in out on one frame and then select tiff. Same as exporting anything out of Resolve but you have to select a one frame range.

If you have no clips that should have resize info, you can copy one clip that is correct and paste attributes 'motion' to all clips to make them all zero resize.

Yes. Make sure the positioning information is whole pixel so check that there are no decimals in the X & Y screen position values.

DVD is PAL so make your timeline SD ProRes 720 x 576 anamorphic 25i. From memory Fields Kit reinterlace plugin might convert the 50p into 25i.

Not much point in using HQ. Normal ProRes422 is fine for footage coming from a DSLR. Have a search on the Final Cut Pro forum for advice from Gary Adcock about avoiding HQ except for 2k up frame sizes
