Resolve should be exporting a .mov file the length of the shot with the move. It's rendering as a shot as far as I know not a single frame.

SD PAL 16:9 is done within a 4:3 frame with squeeze (non square pixels). You can export as a self contained movie with current settings and take that into Compressor and output a 1024 x 576 25fps quic

Not much point in using HQ. Normal ProRes422 is fine for footage coming from a DSLR. Have a search on the Final Cut Pro forum for advice from Gary Adcock about avoiding HQ except for 2k up frame sizes
