I believe that the P2 card drivers only operate in 32bit mode. Try restarting the mac holding down the 3 and 2 keys simultaneously to start in 32bit mode. Hold down 6 and 4 to restart in 64 bit mode.

Your workflow makes sense to me, but only if all the logging is done form the "now" source tape and no log file has been generated from the EX files. Time code will not transfer when going out to tape

Are you capturing over firewire or through your capture card, and what capture card is it. Also try turning off your external monitoring if it is incapable of playing back HD 720@60. Matthew.

Hi Marco, Are you sure your 25fps Varicam footage was shot with the camera switched to 59.94hz, and not 60hz The way to check is by using the userbits reader on your replay deck to check the data off
