You don't need a converter. That green RCA port labeled CVbS is a composite in. Buy a cable with that connector on both ends. Locate the RCA out on your camera. (Composite video will likely be yellow)

Replicator a replicated object in 3D space will force it to become rasterized. You'll need to just make as many copies as you need by duplicating. Motion's not the best app for this sort of thing. --
