I am starting to log an hour-long documentary project. In the interview process, I have multiple questions in long clips. I have Ranged and Keyword tagged the different clips in the long clips and now

To DCP or not to DCP?

I'll echo Joseph, and advise not to try to learn how to make a DCP on race day. You're right in that it's not hard with current tools, though there are a bunch of things you can get wrong with no easy

thanks Marc. I'll agree that blading the clip is an elegant option in some ways, but I don't like it myself. It's just that little bit messier when it comes to changing grades, and an absolute no if y
Sub clip bins

If you opt v paste you can just copy from primary and it'll paste as connected. Skipping a few steps.

Thanks for weighing in, guys. It helps me to know I'm not alone, and haven't just been 'doing it wrong'. It's dismaying, rather, that the answer is "yup, it sucks, deal with it". Cheers. Mathew Farrel
Why the big dogs skipped 'full frame' when going from super-35 to 70mm

Yeah man, I'm convinced Sony read my post and hustled double-time to make that camera. That's the best, and in fact one of the only, arguments I've heard in favour of "skipping full frame". Taking you
