Thanks Derek, I think that script can be quite handy. But this time I decided to do the lighting in C4D and I'm quite happy with that decision!

You can do this with mpeg streamclip. Just open the files sequentially to stitch them together and then file Save As No recompression - man I love mpeg streamclip! George
