Has anybody find a way to convert AI shapes or paths into motion's 5 shapes I know it was an script for an older version of Motion, but doesn't seem to be working with Motion 5

You need to place it in the Library in the Finder: User Library Application Support Motion Library Shapes, and then it will appear in the Shapes category in Motion's Library. Mark -- Mark Spencer Free

Throw is meant more for ongoing animations that don't start or stop. I would just use Move instead, or use keyframes for more control with the easing by using a Bezier interpolation so you can adjust

What Bret says, but a different way to go about it, and some of this redundant to what Bret says: If your clips were already managed in to the Library, then all you have to do is choose File Copy Proj

It's off by default so that the movie will play on older, slower computers - high quality requires a higher data rate. That being said, it's on by default in QT7. -- Mark Spencer Freelance Editor Prod
