There should be a small Fx icon you can click to open up the Track Fx dialog. He you can add any effects that will be applied to everything on that track.

It is still wide screen. The picture will not seem as detailed as 1080p. Go ahead and render to that video stream default and also render the audio separately as AC3. DVD Architect will see the video
