MC 5.5.3 installation problem

Hi Kannan, I have the same problem, on a macbook pro that used to run MC5.0.3. Did you resolve this issue

Thanks. I did all that (I think). and didn't see much improvement. Apart from exporting through compressor and quicktime my new Mac Pro doesn't show better performances than my two years old macbook p
Piling up snow particles

Hey, I am trying to pile up snow particles from the bottom to the top of the screen. I read all I could find about it but couldn't make it, any ideas, changes with the new Motion 4 thanks.

You are right. it just that it'll involve more than one mask and getting so complicated. I was looking for an easy way out. now my biggest problem is that motion will crash while exporting the replica

I found a solution for that... sort of. When I have to choose inserts from a very long master clip I just put it in the same bin where I want to have these Inserts (subclips) and then I do the CMD+U r

Being frustrated every time we lose 20 minutes (or whatever) of capturing time when FCP aborts capturing when encountering dropped frames, I'd like to uncheck the "abort capture" option in preferences
