ahoy, anyone know how to convert mxf files back to bpav files without importing into avid and back out the xdcam ex clip browser does not come with a help menu and i've not found anything of the like

you've got it. xdcam transfer app works in conjunction with fcp which i don't have. it utilizes fcp's codec to wrap the quicktime movies. i'm now in process of installing fcp just so i can use the xdc

thanks, mate. any idea how i can see a quicktime movie with the xdcam ex 1080p24(35mbs vbr codec i've quicktime pro... it plays the audio portion but is black for video. thanks youse.

ahoy, i cannot export sequences in an omf format. i've tried many avenues and they all lead to "aaf" files. i'm on media composer 2.6.4 what on earth am i missing here. H e L P ! thanks.
