The non-mac version definitely does not work in a Mac or Cubix expander connected to a mac. I have two PC quadro 4000's for sale if anyone wants them.... $1,000aud for both.

Double check you were supplied with Mac cards. They should have a MAC sticker on them. My vendor didn't... so I know have two PC versions sitting here doing nothing as he won't take them back.

Try quitting MB Looks before quitting Avid... On my Mac it stays open in the dock even after MC has quit. I think that's usually the trigger.

When you press play does the source or record monitor flash at the edges If it does, it's likely a window or bin overlapping, as mentioned. Try moving them all away from the area and check or "window"

If it's a stereo file you may be able to improve it (ie: remove the echo) by inverting the phase of one of the channels. Otherwise you're pretty much stuck with it.
