Just a note of caution. Do you have the "rights" to record and use this footage of both teams that will be in your video. Including the "refs". You may need releases to make this legal. KB

Use tempered masonite on the floor painted with the same chroma green as the wall. You could also make a curve with it at the wall and mud the seam for a smooth edge, KB

You have a power on indicator via the SxS card slot indicator. One of them will be lit as long as you have power on. Assuming you have a least one card installed. KB
