Old thread, but just wanted to add a solution to it anyway. I just had this and there was an empty track above my clip that was turned on. When it was turned off the problem disappeared.

Just one thing to consider while putting together a workflow...make a copy of one of your .vob files and then change the extension to .mpg. You should be able to import it into PPro then, and you can
