Hello, We are running the ATEM1 vision mixer. We have images loaded from the media pool into KEY1 and KEY2 but are having trouble trying to figure out how to assign images graphics to KEY3 and KEY4. F

While the media pool can hold about 30 images, there are only two actual media players. You can only have any two slots from the media pool loaded at any given time.

The switcher wont' make your video 'choppy'. If it plays back smooth out of the computer then it will play back smooth through the ATEM. However if your computer doing the actual playback isn't hefty

The GPI Tally interface only supports program tally, AFAIK. You may be able to build something custom via the SDK, however.
AES/EBU input on M/E 1

Unless you go up to RAID arrays, you're limited to the speed of your disk, and that looks about right. External SATA with a PCIe RAID card would be your best bet, I think.
