sRGB Proxies Being Interpreted as Rec.709

I'm on 2019 (16.1.1), and this didn't happened to me with 2017. I'm working in an sRGB colorspace and creating sRGB proxies. What happens is that After Effects interprets the proxies as Rec.709 gamma

If you right click on the clip in the project window, choose "interpret footage" then "interpret proxy" you should hopefully be able to change the color management settings. Hopefully this works

I might start with "Vector Blur" that comes built into AE. It can use an image as a map, you could paint some hot spots for the lines to curve around
