Exporting QT with 5.1 Audio Mix

I have a Prores QT with 6 tracks of 5.1 audio provided to me separately by my sound designer. I need to output a Prores file with all the 5.1 tracks baked into the file. How can I do this via Premiere

What's good practices on including the stereo mix with the same QT The 5.1 and all the channels output just fine, but I'm having trouble including the stereo mix. Thanks!
Opening 30i Sequence in 1080 2398 Project

All the media is on one hard drive. I did not use optimized media, so I think it's referencing proxy files or the raw media itself. All the other files are located within the library file that's so hu

The DVX100 only records to miniDV, which is DV25. If you're using the camera as a playback device you're limited to capturing DV25. Recapturing at DV50 won't do anything anyway. Once it's miniDV (DV25

You can manually make the picture taller or wider in AE. Just click on the clip and four small yellow boxes show up in the middle of each side. From there, stretch the image as needed.

Most folks consider 24p to be film look while 30p looks like very sharp video. But that aside- either he is shooting 30p which is progressive or he is shooting 60i which is interlaced. Figure that out
