Rotate video 90 degrees?

I have been approached by a friend who had his daughters's recent wedding video filmed with the camera held 90 degrees off. The result is the whole thing being horizontal. How could I fix this for him

I have a minute of video, in the middle there are 10 seconds we need to stabilize. So we cut the clip and "replace with after effects" the 10 seconds. In AE we applied the Warp Stabilizer. All Good. E

After much reading it seems precomp is the only way to go. I think its a rather peculiar method that can add a lot of confusion and difficulty, until one has spend hours mastering it methodology! With
