Not quite sure you'd be able to do this, but I think you might be able to export the sequence as an XML then import it to Adobe Premiere and link to the native .h264 files.

The final video will be uploaded to YouTube at 30FPS. 60 would be ideal, but if 25fps is the only option I am more than willing to work with that.

Since you are using keylight, you can also try the 'inside mask' feature. Create a mask on your clip around the items you don't want to key. Set the mask mode to none. Then in the keylight inside mask
