To be safe you can keep the Zoom resolution and add the lower thirds as a comp layer and scale to fit. Or try the current broadcast standard of HD 1920x1080 and scale up the zoom clip and do the same

I cant see why you just dont change the original PSD layer in PS and save. Just dont create new layers or change any layer names. Other gotchas are dont change the file size in pixels and make too man

In Export Settings, have you checked "Use Previews" If so, don't. The Previews are TEMP files that have been generated using we-don't-know-what format, and then the final export is being made from tho

Hi John, you would be correct if you shot 1080 you'll want to use to the 1080 YouTube setting and make sure the frame rate matches yours, 23.976. I would recommend watching these videos to start learn
