I like zfz on Solaris but it is a bit of a pain to manage and integrate in a Mac environment. OpenZFS does run on OS X and the thought of zfs shared out via a Mac is appealing especially afp and smb3.

The best way to handle green screens is with multiple keys, minimum of two. Unless lit perfectly you'll never get a perfect key with one keyed. first do an edge key that makes the edges look god. You

If one does a 23.976 to 59.94i conversion via 3:2 then there is no pulldown done. 3:2 and pulldown both occur when converting from 24 to 59.94i which requires a very slight slowdown be done first. 24

It can certainly do it. If you deploy a small Episode Engine cluster you and use Split and Stitch allowing all cores to work on a single 1hr file.

We are burning in matching TC from ProRes.mov source files to h264.mov. Try doing a mov to mov encode and turn off add TC in the movie wrapper. The problem you're having may be specific to WMV encodes
