Well, don't save them as ProRes HQ; that's like putting a gallon in a three-gallon bucket. Prores422 will be more than sufficient to convert that 25 megabit DV stuff.

Don't confuse megabyte with megabit. 100Mbps for the GH4 is actually about 12.5MBps (the capital B makes it megabyte vs the lower case b of megabit). You could run almost 9 layers of that GH4 4k foota
