I believe the AJA LHi is qualified to run under Thunderbolt II in the Sonnet SEII expansion chassis which will hold to 2 of the medium length PCIe cards. I have an SE II but do not use it for M100. I

XDCam working direct import from Browser with FCPX 10.2.2. EX-1 in my case. Just keep the BPAV folders intact, navigate to them and they show up as individual clips. Requires Yosemite 10.10.4 or above

I'm getting 450 to above 500MB sec read and writes with 4 Toshiba 5TB drives in a Thunderbay 4 with SoftRaid. All from OWC. This is on the outer 30% or so of the drive bands. Reads are slightly faster

I've used the HD 1080psf 23.98 fps 48Khz timeline for EX1 Sony (psf) and true 23.98 progressive and it has worked for me. I haven't worked with files from your setup. but I believe that should work. I
