Gotcha Alert! I've noticed that if you use the multiband compressor within Premiere CC 2018, and make a duplicate copy of the sequence, all of the Multiband settings are reset to 0 in the new sequence

Sometimes you just have to get to the end of the manual to figure somethings out;-). To view both the viewfinder and the LCD at the same time you need to go to the Output Sel menu and turn off the SDI
