There no reason to use Optocal Flow if you're doing a 1:1 slowdown. Optical flow can introduce artifacts. As far as choppiness, we'd have to see it to evaluate what the issue could be.

Good idea, but not sure. I've been told I should try the stand alone version of Mocha Pro which will allow me to insert the clean plate and render it out as media, bypassing Ae corner pin.
