I retime footage in almost every project, not following the 1 2 frame rate rule. With technology like Optocal flow, it certainly helps, but the success of optical flow is wholly dependent on your foot

Be careful, apparently there is a serious bug in Premiere where if you delete some media cache or something (I don't use Premiere myself), it also deletes media assets. I read this in another forum an
