Look into baking all your animation and then just net render a short portion of the sequence to test. You could even do the test with very low quality settings, minimal lighting no shadows, etc, just

Did you transcode that 7D footage to something other than H264 I can't guarantee that will fix your problem, and I haven't used CS6 yet, but AE doesn't usually like H264. -----------------------------

Forgot this tool is not in an obvious place.. Go into point mode, select all your corner points, then go Structure Edit Spline Chamfer Then click and drag to change the amount of rounding. -----------

If you really want to control the formatting of your text, best bet is to do it in Illustrator, save as Illustrator 8, then merge into C4D. Yes, its a pain, but C4D doesn't really have much control of

I've just started using Form and I'm having the same problem. If I turn off the form layer, I can undo. And as Rja said, when form is enabled, all my undo history says is "Change Value" no matter what
