Compression takes place in blocks of pixels, like 8 or 16 or 64. Numbers divisible by 8 basically. You can't just dream up odd-number random dimensions and make it work, sorry, it breaks the encoder.

I just upgraded to Sierra & Adobe CC 2017 from Mountain Lion & Photoshop 6 which exported pro-res video fine. Now I'm on a 2013 Mac pro running Sierra: I'm running Photoshop CC2017 but it won't render

It's been years since I tried to export any video from PS, but does it offer Image Sequence export option perhaps That could then be imported into Premiere to work with or convert. Thanks Jeff Pulera
