Compression takes place in blocks of pixels, like 8 or 16 or 64. Numbers divisible by 8 basically. You can't just dream up odd-number random dimensions and make it work, sorry, it breaks the encoder.

PS - you will NOT be able to export to ProRes on the PC, as Apple has never offered the required export codec for PC. A few companies have tried to offer reverse-engineered ProRes encoders for PC, but
