FYI - FCP has no way of using audio LTC in your clips without some third party tool. However, this functionality is built in to Avid Media Composer, in the form of the Read Audio Timecode command. Ext

Peter, I've got 4 of the Oktavas - 2 are MC 012 and 2 are MK 012. I got them ages ago for like $149 a pair from Banjo Mart. As Ty writes in his review, they are really a pretty good bang for the buck.

Previously Wirecast worked with my my sony hdr-z1u when I ran a test, but only after switching out a 15' fw cable for a 6'. Now at the time of the live broadcast it will not recognize th camera again.

Yes it is compatible but there are some issues. It seems that when you use the iohd with Wirecast, you get issues when using the iohd without wirecast - like with vtr exchange. I often have to delete
