F9 and F10 are by default bound inside of AE. If you have not already, try removing those keybinds (keybinds shortcut ctrl+alt+'). Also make sure that your keyrebinding software is set to work when AE

You could take the original clips offline, then relink them, but point Premiere to the 4-channel media instead. If Premiere doesn't like have having 4-channel audio in what it thought was a 2-channel

The speed that the playhead moves is based on frames not based on the zoom level of the timeline. That's just the way it is and it really makes little sense for the playhead to move across the screen

To elaborate seedRandom() does not generate random numbers itself. It sets the seed value used by random() or any other effects that generate random numbers.
