You have to have bought CS5 on March 11 or later to qualify for a free upgrade. I missed it by 10 days.

Hello, Is there a way to drag only the video of a clip to the timeline or only the audio portion of a clip to the timeline For example....I edit a lot of commercials and I just started using Premiere.

Open your clip in the Source monitor. At the bottom of the screen are two icons--a film clip and an audio speaker. Select clip speaker and drag to your video audio to the timeline.

Craig, sorry--that wasn't directed at you, necessarily. I just through that out as food for thought. The F3 is not a run-n-gun camera for sure, not as it's currently configured.
