This can be done by drawing 2 paths with the bezier pen tool. Then apply a blend to this and set the specified steps to a low number (eg: 4 steps would give you 6 total lines). Since blends are live,

Your printer probably does not support Adobe Postscript. Without that option, you'll need to convert most Adobe formats into PDF before printing. Read more about it here: http: desktoppub.about.com cs

This assumes you are using one of the more recent versions of the apps- In Illustrator: In the ALIGN panel, choose "Align to artboard" Then click the horizontal and vertical align buttons In Photoshop
