You are right, as usual, about eye patterns and traditional scopes, but I think there is still a place for test and measurement. Eye patterns are replaced with network health monitors and wireshark. F

Okay. I am on Avid 5.5.3 Macbook Pro 10.8.3 OSX. Been given a drive with files shot on C300 Cameras. AMA won't recognize the drive, so I imported all the footage into Avid creating clips to edit with.

Hi Paul All the C300 footage I have seen only has 2 channels embedded in the MXF file. Have you checked it with MediaInfo If so, the MediaReactor AMA plug in should read up to 16 channels of audio in

You could use MediaNXS. It supports capturing video and multi channel audio on Windows. To target Mac OS-X, you should use MOV with either a yuv2 (8 bit YCbCr), DVHD or v210 (10 bit YCbCr) codecs. If
