The 6 hours sounds about right. If you don't make the necessary m2v and ac3 streams, Encore has to encode your Premiere sequence. Encore has to virtually take your sequence and make it's own stream fo

NO, simple answer. If you are doing this for a living, you need to invest in quality equipment. L-Series lenses have a great look. There are other quality lenses for less, but it will look different.

Returning the files to their original folder location worked. Fortunately I was able to remember where they were. New rule: no moving files around after dynamically linking subclips from Premiere Pro.
