Have u setup or changed the audio configuration in preferences. ASIO could be the type of in out for audio. I run on MacBook pro and have never seen this issue. I'd say the answer lies in working out

i agree with Jordan. HDV has a way of thinking theres a TC break when there might not visibly be one. this could be due to the tape physically stretching. you can't dub to another HDV tape, because th

I have a similar problem with my Canon HV20. You mention seeing a problem when you play back the tape in the camera. If that's repeatable then that's probably where the capture problem is originating.

720 x 576 is the correct frame size for PAL standard def. By creating a 1024 x 576 quicktime, you have a file that will correctly display as 16:9 on a computer. A PAL DVD requires 720 x 576 so Roxio
