I edit an adjustment layer in the source monitor in premiere, setting markers as I go, Save, close. all is well. Then I reopen the project to find... ...My markers all have a new timecode! Instead of a 00:xx:xx:xx frame time code, it is 01:xx:xx:xx for any away from the edges, and they push out of the IN\Out of the damned adjustment layer duration!
