Have you tried using After Effects You can import your .MOV into AE and apply most of Photoshop's filters there.

You can try the roughen effect if you want to stay totally vector. effect-- distort & transform-- roughen

I typically use PNG; the format is very clean with respect to hard edges unlike JPEG and is usaully quite small (byte-wise). Hope this helps!
Replacing Imported Illustrator layers

Is there a way to replace all my imported illustrator files in one shot versus selecting each individual file layer. I can reload all in one shot, but not replace, any ideas Thanks in advance!
