Thanks mate, nice solution! That's kinda where I started, I was just trying to avoid having to animate the slider in-case it goes into Premiere. NumKeys is definitely cleaner though, thankyou!

by Kieran Lefort 9 months ago
I'm creating a lower third where the bar with the text on emerges from behind another shape and has a Dan Ebberts bounce on the end position keyframe. The text bar width adapts to the size of the text

What speed is the start of the animation If it's fast you can probably get away with only activating the layer when it'd be visible. Or, I'm not sure how you've set-up the box, but you could do a litt
sourceRectAtTime + scale?

Hey Kieran, You basically have to take the width and multiply it by your scale. Try this.. myLayer = thisComp.layer("Name"); rectHeight = myLayer.sourceRectAtTime().height; widthTemp = myLay

Hey Benjamin, If you pre-comp your transitions between your frames, then add markers to each final position (ie. page1, 2 etc) Then in your main comp, apply those markers to your PreComp (Just add a l
Jumping to a specific frame inside precomp when hitting specific position

Hi! I wish to achieve an expression of the following: When the x-position of current layer hits the x-position of layer "Layer2" (the position values are not separated on either layer, if that matters

Sorry, that expression should go on TimeRemap on your PreComp.
Linear Wipe transition values based on size of 'sourceRectAtTime' shape

You could always just animate the xscale of the shape.

If you're already creating another layer to reference it, what's so wrong with using a copy of the pre-comp

If your keyframes are on your layer in your 20 minute comp, and your layers run for the length of said comp, you can keyframe the opacity position of one with this expression in both properties; maxOf

How much would you charge to make those same changes on the full resolution file and return with a high quality version?

Is it the same shot Usually like 100. Happy to help though

Same shot. Not sure if my shop will fund me to outsource for this. I 'll try to use Mocha and do it myself. If I can 't figure it out, I may hit you up...if you don 't mind. Thanks again!
Suggestions on removing logo
