My EX-3 tells me that you can get 1 hr. 48 mins....on a 32GB Sandisk card. But it depends on the firmware version that you have installed on your camera....which tells you the correct record time. HTH

Just export your video out of FCP 7 as a self contained quicktime. The bring that into compressor. Use 90 minute best settings, and turn frame controls on. Adjust your bit rate to work best.
