Just export your video out of FCP 7 as a self contained quicktime. The bring that into compressor. Use 90 minute best settings, and turn frame controls on. Adjust your bit rate to work best.

Twixtor would probably have the same issues. When you have moving objects overlapping each other, it's impossible for the software to distinguish them from each other, leading to the warping you see.

Hi Greg, 1- Yes and be sure that you are booted up on the ML disk before downloading and installing FCPX. 2- No and if you did it would technically be an "upgrade install" instead of a "clean install"
