So your source material is 1920x1080 prores 422 @ like 400mb s, and you are outputting to a hugely compressed format like AVC constrained to 8-bits and 24mbs. Your media will never look the same, unle

Right click on the event in the timeline and choose "Disable Resample" under Switches. The blur is from Vegas Pro trying to sample the frames. When you disable resample, then Vegas Pro will just drop

The annoying thing to remember here is that the Vegas preview window only shows your video properly when your levels are full range. Your encode wants studio levels so only apply the levels adjustment

You are having these problems because some events on your timeline are Pink, which indicates that they are out of sync. Right click on each and select Synchronize by moving then realign your edits acc

I've created several projects with my Fraps program and have never had this issue. It is just this project. I try to clean my computer every couple weeks that's what prompted me to do it two days ago.
