I think they stopped that in 5.0. If you had the Quicktime MPEG-2 plug-in you could use it, but now you have to go to Compressor. Don't be afraid, read the manual. Ed

I think you have the wrong version of Quicktime. The last version of quicktime to work properly with FCP 4.5 was probably QT v 6.5 or 7.0.Arnie Post production is not an afterthought! http: www.arniep
